We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet has health or coat issues. Sometimes it's better to consult a veterinarian first. Your pet's wellbeing is our top concern.

We value your time and your pets' time. However, we also expect you to respect our time and not reschedule last-minute without special reasons. After two consecutive cancellations, we require prepayment.
